How long until I receive my order?

Please note that due to the made-to-order of each gown, most dresses are delivered about three to four weeks after your purchase.

 

Can I receive my order faster?

Some dresses are available for faster processing. You can receive your order within one or two weeks for an additional charge to accommodate the extra costs required to produce our made-to-order pieces.

 

When do you suggest I order my wedding gown?

We need 3-6 months to make your wedding gown, whether it is made-to-measure or pr-order design. While most of our wedding dresses orders are shipped internationally, we always recommend more time for sending textile kit and check up measurement sample to the bride. Don’t worry if your wedding date is sooner than this. If you ordered a ready-to-wear bridal dress we suggest 1-2 months for alteration and shipping time.

 

Will alterations be required?

When ordering your wedding gown, we follow up with you for taking all your measurements and order your dress as close to your current size as possible, but all bridal gowns need alterations to give it a perfect fit for your wedding day.

 

Which shipping carrier do you use?

Items are shipped worldwide with DHL Express or Aramex.

 

Do prices include import taxes?

A custom duty will be charged depending on the country which you reside. LKNC Group is not responsible for payment of this duty. DHL will contact you when your order is in customs and will collect taxes. You must pay the necessary fees for your order to be released from customs.

What is your return policy?

We kindly offer returns only on standard items with non made-to-measure or special customized items.

A ten day policy is applied on all returns and exchange. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us as soon as possible, within ten days after your shipment arrives.

Any shipping costs related to returned products are not covered by LKNC Group.
