Do you ship overseas?

Yes! We ship worldwide using DHL, UPS, and FedEx, ensuring secure and efficient delivery.

How long does the bespoke process take?

We recommend allowing:

  • 6-12 months for Bespoke Bridal Orders (fully custom designs).
  • 4-9 months for Made-to-Order Dresses from our collections.
  • Orders required within 3 months or less are considered Express Orders. For express inquiries, please contact us in advance to confirm availability before scheduling an appointment.

What is the difference between Bespoke and Made-to-Order?

  • Bespoke: A fully custom design process where your dress is created from scratch. You will work closely with our designer, Zein Mohamad, to select fabrics, silhouettes, embroidery details, and unique design elements.
  • Made-to-Order: A selection from our existing collections, tailored to your measurements, with optional modifications.

How much do your dresses cost?

  • Made-to-Order Bridal Dresses: Start from USD/EURO 3,000.
  • Bespoke Bridal Dresses: Start from USD/EURO 5,000 and vary depending on design complexity, fabric choices, and craftsmanship.

What happens during the bespoke consultation?

Your exclusive one-on-one consultation includes:
✔ Design Sketch & Concept Meeting – Discuss your vision with Zein Mohamad.
✔ Fabric & Embellishment Selection – Explore luxurious textiles, lace, and hand-embroidery details.
✔ Measurements & Fittings – Multiple fittings to ensure a perfect fit.
✔ 3D Model & Fabric Samples – Receive a visual preview of your dress in augmented reality, along with fabric swatches.

Where do consultations take place?

  • Private appointments are available at our Beirut Design Studio & Paris Design Studio and selected Trunk Shows in cities such as Dubai, Riyadh, Jeddah, New York, Milan, Istanbul, Beirut, Paris, London, Qatar, and Kuwait.
  • We also offer Virtual Appointments for international brides. 

Can I request custom embroidery or cultural influences in my dress?

Absolutely! We specialize in intricate embroidery, cultural motifs, Arabesque calligraphy & ornaments, and unique personalizations to make your dress truly one of a kind.
