Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy on all Ready-to-Wear items. However, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Made-to-Order items
  • Bespoke pieces
  • On-offer, Sale, or Sample Sale items

If your order is eligible for a return, you must request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To qualify for a return, items must be:
✅ In their original condition (unused & unwashed)
✅ With all tags attached
✅ With hygiene seals intact (if applicable)
✅ In their original packaging

To initiate a return, please fill out the return form below. After completing the form, we will provide you with return instructions and shipping details.

🚨 Important:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We are not liable for lost return packages, so we advise keeping your postage receipt.
  • Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about your refund status. If approved, a full refund (excluding shipping costs) will be issued to your original payment method.

💳 Refund Processing:

  • If the order is canceled before shipping, the full amount (including shipping) will be refunded.
  • Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.

Exchanges

For the fastest exchange process:

  1. Return the original item by following the return procedure.
  2. Once the return is approved, place a new order for your desired item.

🔹 Exclusions: Special Order items, Sale items, and Made-to-Order pieces purchased from our showrooms are not eligible for return or exchange.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returns and exchanges.
